It was my first time visiting Cozy today. A new coworker of mine recommended it. I arrived and was seated after 10 minutes. From that point I waited another 30 minutes to be seen. I knew it would be busy considering the 4th of July is tomorrow. The girl who worked with me was super sweet, and did a great job! I will come back, just make sure you bring cash to tip, apparently they Do NOT allow tips on credit cards! ! Thank God I had a little cash to leave the sweet girl a tip.
Had a great first experience here. Tim did my nails and he was great! Is definitely go back. He described to me the spa pedicure, a must have in my future visits.
A friend referred me to cozy nails @ 3 mo ago. Im more than happy with my nails...they are perfect every time and they have lasted more than 2 wks. They are very busy so best to call ahead for an appt.
I had a very unpleasant experience. I always come here to get my nails done, my normal nail tech was already busy so they had someone else named Mary do my nails, she did a horrible job then when I asked her to fix my nails, she refused, until someone tried to step in asked her to finish my nails. At this point she is now pulling my hand and fingers. She would also tightly squeeze my fingers and continue to do the job but with a horrible attitude and it’s hurting me. Normally I have a pleasant experience and the atmosphere is great. However, I was still forced to pay for nails that came out so horrible and had a nail tech who was extremely rude.
Best place to do your nails at! Me and my mother in-law go together everytime.We love all the workers they treat us like family
