I end up buying a car at least once per year. It is an awful experience. When I walk into a dealership it does not take long before I am on the defensive with all the games they play. Not so at Ralf's. Andy, Ralf and the service manager Ulysses were awesome. I feel like I paid a little more for the vehicle but the service was worth it. I bought a BMW M3. They fixed everything that it needed. I had a small problem after i bought it and they made it right immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely in love with my new CR-V! I needed a new car and my boyfriend told me to check these guys out first. Their reviews on here, and other websites, were really good so I really felt like I could trust them. The car itself was spotless, the previous owner definitely took great care of it. Andy, my salesman, said that's type of cars he tries to get to sell to his customers. They aren't trying to buy a cheap/junk car at some auction and turn around and sell it for top dollar. And it really shows, my 2008 car looks like it's a brand new car. I took the car for a test drive and it felt like it pulled a little bit to the right so I let Andy know and he said no worries, he'll take a look at it and do an alignment. (And he did!) I bought the car that day because it was perfect for me and the service and honesty I got from Andy really sealed the deal for me. I wasn't available to come back to pick it up for a week and Andy said that was fine. When I came back to pick up the car everything was all set for me; it was registered, inspected, my plates were on, AND it was running with the AC going! It was completely ready for me to drive away. I seriously can't say enough positive things about this experience! Buying a car isn't always fun, especially when you are replacing one because of an accident but Andy, and the whole Ralph's team, really made it easy for me. Thank you again!

I have been driving my 2012 Honda Civic for about a week now, and I must admit that I am in love with my new car! With the help of Ralph's auto team, I was given the opportunity to find the perfect vehicle for me. It took me a good year of figuring out where I should purchase a vehicle or what kind of car was best. I always knew I needed something efficient, low miles and good on gas. Nothing brand new, but from a reasonable year and affordable! From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, looking at the inventory I was happy to see that somebody didn't just come outside and automatically approach me trying to sell me just any car like most dealerships. With Ralph's auto, you will not be disappointed! When I met Andrew; he was polite, took initiative in finding out my specific needs in a vehicle and did not hesitate to give me OPTIONS. Ralph was also very kind in giving me advice with making a smart decision based on my financial situation. What I love about both of these guys is that they are HONEST! They allowed me to take my time with a decision and I liked that they talked things through with me and gave me different quotes on financing to help me in the best way possible to afford a vehicle. They were genuine and made sure my needs were met, that I was taking home a vehicle that would benefit me and made sure I was making the right choice. The selection of cars was beyond satisfactory. These are clean cars, with low miles!! They have carfax reports too, which is always a plus when buying or financing a car. My car came with a full tank of gas, an oil change, alignment, a good cleaning, and was all set ready for me to bring home the day I picked it up. Even Tammi, the office manager, was efficient with the paperwork and made sure everything was taken care of for me as far as registration and communicating with my insurance company to ensure my car would be ready before I grabbed the keys. I had always been skeptical about getting a used car but Ralph's Auto changed that entire perspective for me. I wouldn't recommend any other used car lot than this one. These guys can be trusted. If there is a problem they do not hesitate to fix it. I am truly looking forward to using their services for oil changes, as you get a discount when you purchase from them. This is a great family business and I am truly thankful for their help in getting me a reliable, affordable and safe vehicle. Thanks Ralph's Auto! You guys rock!
