They do a great job on cleaning your car
I am from Worcester and I drive here every weekend to wash my car. Not only is it the best value I have ever seen but the staff is courteous and freindly. I have an abundance of car washes where I live but none even come close to Minute man. I will not go anywhere else. If I can't get here in a timely Manor I drive my car dirty. Please keep doing things the right way Minute man.

Had my truck washed, paid for the undercarriage, but apparently they don't wash under the wheel wells. I noticed dried salt there. The owner said the workers do the best they can and he refused to rewash under there, even though I had my receipt. No supervision, and workers could be coached to power wash that area prior to going through the wash. They just lost a long time customer. It doesn't make sense. The car was is great Until you address an issue. The phone is never answered or calls returned.
They are the Only car wash around no other choices but do it urself. They can do a Better Job with much Better Help & a Supervisor to show them worker's how to do a Better job b no supervision on these guys from another Country speak No English at All.
