After talking to Sharon we called another funeral parlor and took our mom out of there. After we payed them $900 to get her back. She acted like we couldn't afford what we were getting and kept trying to talk us into cheaper things. Because she didn't think we could afford it. She's was rude and talked down to us. We've given them thousands and thousands of dollars in the past, And never had a problem dealing with Tim. So we didn't expect this treatment. Then she wanted the whole $8000 in 1 day. Just so she knows we paid the new funeral parlor in full, and in cash, after they told us don't worry about the payment. Do yourself a favor and don't use these "people". Thank you Southcoast Chapel Mortuary. And they're half the price.
Sharon and the staff could not have been more accommodating in helping our family to have a great service for my Mom. They made Mom look beautiful and handled everything without a single problem or error. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a perfect service.
