Been to the emergency room twice. Once with my husband and once with my baby and they were incredible! So fast and attentive, I plan to have my next baby here!
To the one star people: If your experience was bad, don't go! Stay home and heal yourself, make room for people who appreciate health care regardless of wait times.
The last two times I've been here, they haven't been able to figure out what was wrong at all. Everyone was really nice and worked quickly, but I regret risking the money and time that it takes to go to the ER, because I've come home with a misdiagnosis and no semblance of a solution to the problem at all. I don't know if it's my fault but I do know that I should've just stayed home both times.
If I could give this hell hole no stars I would this place is the worst hospital I've ever been to Theyre inconsiderate and awful They take forever & provide terrible service they don't care about the patients and there all over the place so disorganized. The emergency room is a joke, I'm 6 months pregnant with kidney stones and waited 2 hours in the waiting room then another hour when they took me in to get my vitals everyone here is so lost and pathetic the secretaries nurses and even doctors ALL SUCK!!!
This hospital is AWFUL. Please take my advice, if you want rude nurses that are racist towards Hispanics then lie to you about what’s really wrong. I had Gallstones and they told me that it was kidney stones. No communication between nurses. ST. LUKES IS AWFUL
