This place is worse than six flags standing line for the rides. You probably will spend less time waiting to get on the rides at six flags than here. 11 windows only few people working.
I understand the rush hour experience might be very different yet mine was a 5 star quality and that's the rating i happily give.
This process was fantastic. There was a gentleman at the door guiding people and an information desk to ensure you go to the right line. We were in and out in 30 mins. If you want to get done quickly come in the morning. Ms Deborah got us squared away quickly.
You have to pay cash for some transactions. The bank is up the street.
People are so nice and friendly. This new RMV is clean and comfortable. Only negative point is that location is too far from downtown New Bedford and have no public transportation to get there.
Gail that completes road test should not be an employee, she's down right rude, ignorant. With so many people in need of jobs this is what they hire!!!!! Do they complete a criminal background check on their employees, because this particular one should not be interacting with the public, she should learn how to do her job. There's a pattern with this woman and it seems no one cares to check on their employees and see exactly how they do their job. She definately should not be working with the public. I've heard from numerous people indicating the same thing, but no one does anything about reviewing her. I will be calling and filing a complaint, she definately should not be working with any company never mind the registry!!!
I went in for license renewal … by far this has been the best looking most well organized RMV I have been to. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Personnel were quite friendly which again is not typical of RMV folks.
