I love this place, very clean.. people are so friendly and I never got my food wrong or anything. One day I took around 10min or more to decide what to eat and the staff was very friendly, very professional. There was nobody in line, just me and my boyfriend so I called this employee lots of time to make my order but before I give the money i always changed my mind about the food, so we went back and forth untill i decided what to eat. She did not show any frustration she was a very professional girl. I took my time and I was very pleased.
I avoid going here whenever I can but you know how it is when you need your bell, sometimes I wind up at this location - I live nearby. Service is not actually terrible and the place has been clean when I've gone in, the complaint here is that these guys are pretty slow. I don't know what it is about this location but it takes 15 minutes minimum with nobody else in line to get your food. One time I ordered on the app and when I got there they were like " oh sorry we ran out of food ", no phone call nothing, I just showed up and was asked if I'd like to place another order. Just like 5 minutes ago I got my order at the drivthru and the guy forgot my sauce, THE SAUCE! At Taco Bell? What's the point now? My girlfriend is driving and she won't turn around so I guess I'll just have a bland naked egg taco whatever. I'm pretty salty about this current sauce situation that's what inspired this review but it probably would have happened eventually anyway. This place has a rep with my roommates and I, it's fine but it'a hella slow, don't go if you have stuff to do.
When I walked in I was greeted by a sweet girl that goes by the name of Amber and she was very nice and polite. The service couldn't have been better and the food was the best I've had at any taco bell in the area... highly recommend
Got my order wrong..... AGAIN! When will I learn? Bought supreme received regular tacos.
