I rate Pelletier of New Bedford the worse realtor to deal with!!!! We recently purchase our home and although Pelletier Realty was the sellers realtor I would never recommend them to anyone. The number one priority in buying and selling a home is trust and Pelletier Realty can not be trusted as they were never true to their word.

Me and my husband was new to the whole home buying and fully expected a long complicated process, we had searched a few places when we saw a place we really liked, it was Memorial Day weekend and we didn't expect much help, but the realtor Terry who was at a family BBQ agreed to meet us right away, we really liked the place and Terry took it from there, for the following 6 weeks we called/texted Terry with questions and she always responded within an hour, she made it very easy and unstresfull. We closed last week and we couldn't be more happy with the way we was treated, Terry comes highly recommend.
There were some damages made to the home and the property was not well kept according to what the states in the P&S. We have repaired some of the damages and now are stuck with the bill when Pelletier Realty promised to pay for the damages.
