Precool your reefer to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. They request that you shut it off while they are loading. And don't forget to turn it back on before you leave to preserve the Integrity of the cold chain.

I was 45 minutes late for my appointment but I backed into a door and they had me loaded in less than an hour. Wayne in the office will take care of you and a timely manner. And Curtis, who has been working there for 15 years, will load your truck expeditiously. Prepare to be treated with respect for your time!
