This store was awful! they took my money to fix a phone that broke again 5 min after i left the store. I tried to correct the problem. I originally paid $175 to fix it on a Monday, by Wed Ben said it cannot be fixed but for another $150 he would put me in an Android phone instead of my Iphone 6 plus! What a joke!!!!When i told him for us to work it out, he was unreasonable. Even when i told him he has poor reviews online, he said he does not care! Some of the people who are posting positive reviews on here are also employee's!!!ASK AROUND!! THEY HAVE A POOR REPUTATION! following up with a complaint with the BBB.
Worst Boost Mobile store around. Workers are very unprofessional and have no idea what there doing. Wouldn't recommend this store to my worse enemy.

The guy sold my fiance a phone, a case and a screen protector. My fiance only wanted the phone, but the guy said if he bought the screen protector and the case that he would guarantee that it would protect the phone he also guaranteed that if it did not he would replace the screen protector free of charge. Well don't you know the screen protector cracked less than three months later. Just went in to have him replace it and he said they don't do that there. Do not go here. This guy does keep his word. Make sure everything is in writing first.
