I recently came into Hawthorne Florist to pick up an arrangement for Valentines Day and half of the flowers i bought were dead or on the way to being dead. I went to return these flowers only to be yelled at by the manager saying it was all my fault but she replaced them anyway and gave me the worst attitude. They will never get my business again!
