Has great selections but pricey
I've been buying from the potting bench my entire life. I am Always Satisfied! My parents used to buy from them, all of their adult lives also. Now my daughters also buy from them. The Potting Bench make the most beautiful and generous flower arrangements.
They have nice flowers and arrangements.
If I could give them no stars I would. I went online last night to order flowers for my wife's birthday today. I had no problem paying any premium for delivery or processing. I thought that by ordering from a local shop near her office that they would be able to deliver on short notice. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. i just called the shop and they told me they were just getting the order as I spoke to them on the phone. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE INCOMPETENCE! While on the phone they asked me if there was another address they could deliver to today. SERIOUSLY! Her office is about a 2 miles from the flower shop. Needless to say I cancelled my order. Next time I will use a business that actually operates efficiently and delivers as promised. Thank for nothing!
On a side note, I called another shop down the street at 1:40pm. They took my order, processed it, and delivered already, by 2:15. That is how a business should operate.
