Purchased a queen box spring April 19, 2017, April 21, 2017 a slat has already snapped. Called the store and was told they could not find any record of my purchase. I emailed them my receipt, they responded with "well we don't sell defected products, you must have broken it, it's your fault. Nothing we can do." I then informed her I would be contacting someone higher in the company she said "whatever I'm done talking with you and hung up."

The delivery guys in this place just want easy money wont even try to bring in the sofa i bought because according to them it wont fit i told the my actual sofa is bigger than the one i bought they ask me who deliver my old sofa cause they must be magicians This people sucks it so easy for them to take ur money when you purchase from them but so difficult to give you your money back i have a receipt and no money cause they dont have my money to give me it in full i rate them a 0 if i could terrible customer service starting from the manager and ending with the delivery guys
