All the employees there are friendly and that is welcome anytime. If I forget something that I wanted on the menu and I ask for it at the window, the employee rarely has a problem with it. I have not been inside the place for quite a while so I don't know what awaits inside and that's fine because most of us are always in a rush to get somewhere and most of the time we don't have 20 or so minutes to just sit down, relax, and eat.

I had to rate this KFC 4 stars because it deserves it. I have one issue and that is with the randomness of the food you get when it's a different employee so you might not get the same order made every single time. What I mean is sometimes you have a favorite meal and you order it most of the time but it's made different at times. It's just my opinion on that but it doesn't mean that the food is bad. I love the food and there are more than a few menu choices that I get so diversity is there as well as choice.
