The food is absolutely amazing here. I had to give 4 stars because the delivery driver hit my truck. He paid me though, were cool.
This may not be the easiest place to find from the road. It's in the same.shopping center as Seabra Foods (which is another local treasure) .

New Taipei remains true to the cuisine, both in the quality of the ingredients and the way they are prepared. I've had some great Chinese and Japanese meals there. I haven't been disappointed yet.

Most of the Chinese restaurants in the area 'dumb down' the food to satisfy the clientele that is going to douse it in soya sauce and duck sauce.

One example is their Crab Rangoon. I wouldn't normally order this because it usually tastes like crispy grease. I went for lunch with some folks and one of them offered me one of her Rangoons. It was delicious! The fried wrapper did not taste of grease and the filling was full of flavor. It was among the best I've had anywhere in the US.
