They do a good job. They make what they claim to make & in an efficient manner. So far the location has remained clean. It's nice to have spicy flavors up here in New England.
I really enjoy the menu. Finally some chicken with some kick from a fast food restaurant.
I knew it would only be a matter of a few months before this location failed horribly. So I decided to go here since I was looking for something on the go. I saw that they were advertising a $5 Holiday feast on their menu board. Right under the description of the feast meal (a choice of a 2pc or 3 tenders) was an option to "make it a combo" with a picture of a drink for $6.69. So I thought that was a pretty good deal, as I was going to get the tenders and that meal which is a number 7 is $7.99. So I would have got the same amount of food for $1.30 less. So when I told the girl at the drive through I wanted the $5 Holiday feast and wanted to make it a combo for the $6.69 with the drink, her exact words were, "It doesn't come with a drink." Then I told her how it says right underneath the holiday feast, the option to make it a combo with a drink. She the said, "If you want a drink you have to get the number 7 meal. I was in a rush and wanted to complain. I wanted to tell her she should come outside and look at the menu board and see that it clearly says you can add a drink to make it a combo for an additional $1.69. To me it seems like poor management. Maybe the employees are not being told what these deals consist of. So on top of that, the chicken was awful. I can't believe that after only a few months of this location opening it is already a complete trash barrel. Total garbage.
Every meal I've purchased has been delicious and the service has been great. Staff is friendly and courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue to enjoy the food!!
Less than 1 star if I could, you ask for mild and you get spicy, and I am allergic to spicey food, good thing I was close to home for my Epipen. I guess they are looking for a lawsuit to happen. Add when I told the guy at the counter the coca cola needed to be filled with the syrup and he gave me a dirty look. Instead of standing behind the counter doing nothing, get the machine running right, idiot! worst experience I ever had. I am staying with KFC, these guys suck big time.
