Every appointment I had, the scheduling got screwed up somehow. They cancelled an appointment on me with less than 24hrs notice when they had known for over a week the appointment couldn't be kept on their end, when I called to confirm appointment times they had never been scheduled, when I came in for a scheduled appointment I wasn't seen until over an hour later.
Every bill I've gotten has been sent through the wrong insurance; it's a different insurance every time. They are not upfront or truthful about patients' expected contributions even when you ask them about costs.
If I could give -stars I would. 1: You're treated like a druggie/alcoholic during your urine screening that occurs EVERY visit & lectured if you have any alcohol in your system. 2: Poor call-back communication from the answering service. 3: No matter what you say, "it's depression." 4: No actual Therapy is given or referred. 5: You never see a Dr. Only certified nurses. 6: You miss 2 appointments you're kicked out of the program.
I am completely disgusted with this place... I have been a patient here for 7 years and now because I have medical issues going on I diabetes and seizures I missed two appointments and they kick me off. The main woman that you speak to before they kick you off sucks at life... She sends you off with a 30 days supply of meds. This won't be it for me I don't understand how they can treat people like this that have mental illnesses like they dangle your meds over your head!!! Smdh that's ok I don't need to go to a place like this anyways...
When I finally was seen, the nurse practitioner asserted that I had depression and that it was related to my period. She decided her diagnosis after 20 minutes of knowing me was correct, over the diagnosis of the therapist I've been seeing for 4+ years. She refused to prescribe me anything other than an antidepressant I had been on previously that didn't work for me.
Unprofessional all around.
wow this place sucks. As someone with mental health problems one of the few things i like about myself is i dont do drug nor have i. i've never even smoked. so to be treated like a junkie is bullsh*t. Then for the staff to get huffy and puffy after telling them i dont think this place is for me the hell with them.
Set up appointment here for medication management (anti-depressants), had to wait 2 months for it. Should have known as soon as I walked in the door what kind of place this is, looks more like a methadone clinic than a regular wellness facility. After checking in, was brought into an exam room (??) had my blood pressure taken, then asked to give a urine sample! A urine sample to get Wellbutrin?? I was told the urine is taken at each visit so they can be sure I'm taking my meds, like I'm 5 instead of 45. I refused & walked out. I'm not going to be treated like a drug addict at any doctor office. I'm pretty sure they do urine tests to be confirm their patients are not selling the drugs they are prescribing them.
