Awful customer service by the nurse practicioner herself not to mention my demographics had been put into the system wrong and when I corrected the medical assistant she gave me an attitude like she knew more about my previous operations than I did! The nurse practitioner basically told me to leave because I told her I knew my body and I would know if there’s something wrong and I need her to listen ! This nurse practicioner wanted to be in and out of the rooms as fast as possible with as little work as possible. If your looking for someone to actually listen to you and your concerns especially with something as serious as a pregnancy ! This is not the place to go ! Also I told her to go into the system and tell me what it said about a previous visit , her not knowing I’m a medical assistant and I know about emr’s not to mention I had spoken to another doctor from the same office a few weeks prior had them do the same thing and she did she let me know what I needed. This nurse practicioner told me she couldn’t see it and it wasn’t there! I HAD SPOKEN TO SOMEONE FROM THAT OFFICE WEEKS PRIOR AND THEY DID SEE IT !!!! She wanted to be in and out , she didn’t want to listen , she didn’t care! The worst place I literally left because I did not trust she would do her job properly!
