Absolutely terrible experience for me. I've been seeing counselors my entire life for various mental health problems. This is the ONLY office in which I have had a bad experience. Two receptionists were extremely rude and condescending. The counselor I saw wanted to talk more about himself and his life than my problems. The nurse practitioner had me taking an Easter basket full of medications to manage my depression and anxiety, all of which made my situation much worse. When I explained the symptoms of the medications the dosages were always just increased. This is honestly the least experience staffed psychiatric facility I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
