Awful so many problems ended up having to call customer service was on the phone with them for over an hour ended up going in. Staff member wasnt bad but they had been having problems with the system double charging. After about an hr and half finally got a refund. But after this experience I defiantly won't be going to uhaul for a rental again.

Matt is outstanding,I will always go to him and will recommend his store to everyone. He was more than helpful, understanding and really great during a very dreadful time.
